1. Is AgileGraph FREE?

   Yes. The basic version of AgileGraph is FREE. Trials are also free for 14 days for all other version of AgileGraph.

2. AgileGraph couldn't open my spreadsheet. Why?

   AgileGraph can visualize, 'well-formatted' spreadsheets that follow a simple template. See our help on Spreadsheet Formatting.

   The Beta version of AgileGraph can only read simple text, numbers, and currency. If your spreadsheet contains anything more than that, you may want to modify it before opening it in AgileGraph.

   If you still have problems, feel free to e-mail us your spreadsheet, and we will try to find the problem. (We will keep your data completely confidential)

3. What is a 'well-formatted' spreadsheet?

   AgileGraph can visualize, 'well-formatted' spreadsheets that follow a simple template. See our help on Spreadsheet Formatting.

4. How do I load data into AgileGraph?

   You can load your own data and create graphs using AgileGraph in one of two ways.

   Using the AgileGraph Excel Toolbar, you can select a table within Excel and send that data to AgileGraph.

Using AgileGraph, you can open a spreadsheet that contains a single table, or open a Project file.

5. How do I open an Excel Spreadsheet in AgileGraph?

   • Launch AgileGraph
   • Under the File Menu, choose, 'Open'
   • In the Open File Dialog, choose Files of Type, 'Microsoft Excel Files'
   • Browse to, and select your file
   • Click 'Open'
   
   

6. How do I open a Google Spreadsheet in AgileGraph?

   • Save your Google Spreadsheet as an '.xls' file on your computer
   • Launch AgileGraph
   • Under the File Menu, choose, 'Open'

8. AgileGraph couldn't publish my graphs to PowerPoint. Why?

   You must have Microsoft Office XP or 2003 installed to publish to PowerPoint. If you do and still have an issue, please let us know.

9. How can I rearrange my graphs in AgileGraph?

   • Click and Hold the graph window tab
   • Drag the graph to the desired location until a compass appears with several location options

     

   • Drop the tab on one of the compass options (left, right, center, bottom, top)
   • Adjust the size of the graph by clicking and dragging the borders of the graph window
   
   

10. Can I edit my data in AgileGraph?

    The current version of AgileGraph only allows you to visualize your data. However, future versions will allow editing of your data using the Table View. If you have purchased AgileGraph, you will get new versions FREE for one year.

11. How can I report a problem or bug in AgileGraph?

    If you are having problems with AgileGraph, we apologize and ask that you let us know.

12. What are the hardware recommendations for AgileGraph?

    • Pentium 1 GHz or higher processor
    • 512MB of RAM
    • 10MB of available hard-disk space

    Unfortunately, a Macintosh version of AgileGraph is not available.
